When you contact and commission us, the following information is collected:

- Address

- Date of birth, if applicable
In addition, all information is collected that is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract with you.

The personal data collected will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention obligation for merchants (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship was terminated) and then deleted. By way of exception, this does not apply if we are obliged to store the data for a longer period due to tax or commercial law retention obligations (in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), German Criminal Code (StGB) or German Fiscal Code (AO)) or if you have consented to storage beyond this period.

2.2 Analysis
Description and scope of data processing
This website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo. Information about your use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before storage. Matomo will not set any cookies. All data is stored on the same server as the website itself, so it is not passed on to third parties. Data is stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymized analysis of user behaviour in order to optimize its website. In addition, the defense against attacks on the website is an important component.
